AN IRON-RED-DECORATED BLUE AND WHITE SAUCER DISH QIANLONG SEAL MARK IN UNDERGLAZE BLUE AND OF THE PERIOD (1736-1795) Decorated on the interior with a single dragon and on the exterior with nine dragons, all executed in penciled underglaze blue and highlighted in iron-red against a background of froth-capped waves, the dragon frieze on the exterior below a narrow band of conjoined cash 6 7/8 in. (17.4 cm.) diam.
