A VOLKSTEDT BALUSTER COFFEE-POT AND COVER CIRCA 1770, INCISED S MARK Painted with a huntsman and companion picnicing by a stylised rococo hollow tree-stump, the reverse with a gentleman strolling before a rococo stylised tree-trunk in parkland, with a double scroll-handle and scroll-moulded spout, the domed cover with a hound and a stag below a flower finial, gilt line rims (cover restored to rim and stem of flower, finial cracked and restuck with some slight chipping to petals, restoration to spout and section of rim above spout, retouching to gilding, very minor footrim chipping, some slight scratching to enamels and wear to gilding) 10? in.
